Safilo group wanted to find the best communication tools in order to express the Oxydo brand identity and positioning starting from the pay off “Remark your identity”. Oxydo glasses target the no fashion-victim people, that is to say the people able to style underlining their own personality. The wanted target was to make people wearing the glasses perceive the brand as something really close to them.
Thanks to Zooppa involvement, Oxydo could spread out the ironic and transgressive mood through the referring target. The new advertising campaign was based on this innovative mood, and the brief available for guiding the users creativity, lauded the brand values and identity.
The achieved works showed how the Oxydo glasses were originally interpreted. It was also true the works were in line with the company that considered the glasses the best tool to express people’s personality and to emphasize their distinguishing elements. The ironic language, typical of the users’ works, positioned the brand in an easy approach dimension closer to the consumers.
